Our volunteers go to our Food Pantry Partners after they're done.
They put their surplus boxes of produce into their vehicle along with and a folded wagon.
They drive to nearby areas of the most severe food insecurity.
They unload the wagons and place the boxes of food into them.
They wheel the wagons around and deliver directly to the doors of the people who need it.

Highly capital efficient and scalable: we use inexpensive wagons that provide the same nutritional value as a traditional pantry without the massive overhead. Expansion is as simple as adding more wagons.
